1. Booking of accomodation is on first come first serve basis.
2. Full payment is to be made:-
a). Upon making of booking, or
b). Upon making of booking when the visiting date is one or less than one month, or
c). Upon making of booking when any visiting date is in July, August and September.
3. Booking of accomodation except for July, August and September can be made with the following t&c:-
a). 50% of the accomodation fee is to be paid upon making of booking and the remaining 50% one month before actual date of visit.
b). Booking becomes null and void when the remaining 50% is not paid one month before the actual date of visit.
c). Accomodation fee paid is non-refundable.
7. Refund in full for accomodation paid 50% or full when it was cancelled by Rasa Vacation Home due to unforeseen, or unavoidable circumstances.
8. Rasa Vacation Home reserves the right to accept or reject any booking as when and where necessary.
